I love author visits and story times!

I am happy to schedule an author visit, story time, or book signing in the Treasure Valley.

I also frequently find myself in the Portland and Salt Lake metro areas. If I am not already planning to be in the area, I ask that my travel cost be reimbursed (this can be divided among multiple schools). Please reach out via my contact form with pricing questions.

I typically present to students grades K-5. While K-2 students tend to appreciate picture books the most, I find that older grade-schoolers are engaged in learning about the writing and creative processes, and relate well to Sawyer’s challenges. I have given presentations to whole elementary schools at once, or broken into younger and older grades to focus on more age-appropriate writing topics.
