Hello!

I’m Kimberly Horch!

I have always been a storyteller but threw myself into writing as my oldest son started reading. I would write (and illustrate!) stories for him and print them as photobooks. After my mom showed one of these with a friend and he asked where he could buy a copy, I thought about sharing my stories with children everywhere.

I’m driven to create. Every wall in our house doesn’t have a mural on it yet, but I’m getting there. Energy and enthusiasm are my greatest assets. I always have a dozen projects up in the air (and all over by bedroom floor).

My husband and I have lived all over the Pacific Northwest. I run a little free library because, well, I love books.
