We’re getting all set for heading back to school! Since our class schedules just came out, I wanted to share this cute new chapter book that I found: Ly-Lan and the New Class Mix-up. Ly-Lan is sure that she and her best friend Cece will be in the same class, and she knows they will be because she prayed about it. But when she arrives the first day, there’s been a “mix-up”, they’re in different classes!
This beautifully diverse little book is full of culture and language lessons, can help kids navigate disappointments, and learn how prayer works. With cute illustrations it’s great for beginning readers!
